The PISO-PS200 is a PCI motion control card for independent two-axis control of stepping and pulse-type servo drives. Each axis outputs pulses at up to 4 MHz and reads a 32-bit encoder counter, with hand wheel and jog operation and programmable automatic homing and software limits. It suits machines that need precise positioning on two axes from a single PC.
Interpolation and speed profiling run on the card itself. Linear and circular 2-axis interpolation, continuous interpolation and programmable T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration are included. The onboard FRnet Master expands remote I/O by up to 128 DI and 128 DO over a two-wire interface, scanned automatically within 2.88 ms.
The card is supported on Windows 7/10 (32/64-bit) and Windows XP/2000 (32-bit) and ships with the EzGo Utility. It requires a 5 V PCI bus and draws +5 V at 500 mA. The rated operating temperature range is -20 ~ +75°C.
