LX-9000
The LX-9181 CR is a 1-slot Linux-based PAC that brings controller logic, local I/O and an operator display into a single DIN-rail or wall-mounted unit. Its E3845 (1.91 GHz, quad core) processor and 4 GB DDR3 SDRAM suit engineers who need to run custom Linux applications alongside HMI and data acquisition tasks.Connectivity centres on two 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports, four USB 2.0 host ports and a set of isolated serial interfaces: one RS-232, one RS-485, and two combined RS-232/485 ports, one of which is the console. Dual VGA and HDMI outputs support local display. A single slot accepts I-9K or I-97K series I/O modules, and remote expansion is possible with Ethernet and RS-485 I/O modules. The unit includes a dual watchdog timer, a real-time clock, MRAM and EEPROM non-volatile memory, and a 32 GB mSATA SSD with a CF card slot for user programs and data. Redundant power inputs with an alarm relay are fitted, and the LinPAC SDK with GCC-based toolchain supports application development in GNU C.ApplicationsCombined HMI, data acquisition and control in a single PACLocal expansion with I-9K and I-97K series I/O modulesRemote I/O expansion over Ethernet and RS-485Serial device communication over RS-232 and RS-485 ports
The LX-9381 CR combines computing, I/O and operator interface in one metal-cased unit. Its Intel E3845 quad-core processor, Linux kernel 4.14.12 and three I/O expansion slots make it suited to projects where HMI, data acquisition and control must run on the same controller.Three local slots accept ICP DAS I-9K and I-97K series I/O modules, and remote expansion is possible through Ethernet I/O and RS-485 I/O modules. Application programs can be stored on a CF card or USB mass storage device, and the LinPAC SDK with its GCC-based toolchain supports development of LinPAC I/O applications in GNU C.Built-in services include a web server, FTP and SFTP, Telnet and SSH, supporting remote configuration and maintenance. A 64-bit hardware serial number is available for software copy protection, and a dual watchdog timer and redundant power input add to system robustness.ApplicationsIntegrating HMI, data acquisition and control in a single PACLocal and remote I/O expansion for automation systemsSoftware-protected Linux-based LinPAC applications
The LX-9781 CR combines computing, I/O and operator interface in one metal-cased unit. Its E3845 (1.91 GHz) CPU runs Linux kernel 4.14.12, so an engineer can host HMI, data acquisition and control logic in a single PAC rather than splitting them across separate devices.Seven local slots accept I-9K and I-97K series I/O modules. Remote expansion is possible through the Ethernet and RS-485 I/O modules listed in the ICP DAS range, and the unit offers VGA and HDMI dual display, USB host ports and isolated RS-232 and RS-485 serial ports.Built-in web, FTP, Telnet and SSH servers help with remote administration, and a LinPAC SDK supports application development in GNU C. Redundant power input with an alarm relay, dual watchdog timers and a 64-bit hardware serial number complete the feature set.ApplicationsHMI integration with local control and data loggingData acquisition and control with local or remote I/O expansionLinux-based automation projects developed with the LinPAC SDKIndustrial control panels mounted on DIN-rail or wall
