The DB-16P8R/D/DIN CR is a DIN-rail mounted daughter board that extends compatible OPTO-22 style digital I/O cards with 16 optically isolated digital inputs and 8 Form C relay outputs. It connects directly to the DIO24, DIO48, DIO144, PIO-D144U, PIO-D96U and PIO-D48U range, so engineers can add isolated sensing and switching without custom wiring.
Each input can be set by jumper to dry or wet contact operation. In wet contact mode the input range is high 5~24Vdc and low 0~1.8Vdc, with a response speed of 20us. The relay outputs are rated 250 VAC/5A and 30 VDC/5A, with an operate time of 10 ms and a release time of 5 ms.
This variant ships with a CA-3710 cable (DB37 male to male, 45º, 1 M). The board is rated for an operating temperature of 0 ~ 60°C and a storage temperature of -20 ~ 70°C.
