The PCIe-PS400 CR is a 4-axis stepping and pulse-type servo motor control card for industrial PCs with a PCI Express bus. It suits general-purpose motion control, with a maximum pulse output rate of 4 MHz on each axis and CW/CCW or PULSE/DIR output modes.
Most motion functions, including linear and circular interpolation, T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, synchronous actions and automatic homing, run on a dedicated motion ASIC, which keeps processor load low. Motion status and other I/O cards in the same IPC can still be monitored while the motors are driven, and one or more cards can be used in a single IPC.
Software support includes the EzGo Utility and an SDK for LabVIEW 5.0 to 8.x, with OS support for Windows 7/10 (32/64-bit) and Windows XP/2000 (32-bit). The card uses a 68-pin SCSI-II connector and a rated consumption of +12 V at 200 mA and +3.3 V at 500 mA.
