I-8014W-G CR is a high-performance analog input module for engineers who need fast, accurate capture of voltage and current signals. It provides up to 16 single-ended or 8 differential inputs, selectable by jumper, with 16-bit resolution and a single-channel pacer sampling rate of 250 kS/s.
The Magic Scan function lets each input channel use its own input range, and single-channel scanning keeps the full 250 kS/s rate. Magic Scan can run as a standard scan or as a Virtual Sample and Hold function, which offers sample-and-hold style operation without the cost usually associated with that feature on analog input cards.
A 4 k-sample onboard FIFO buffer stores conversion results. When the sample count exceeds a predefined FIFO level, an interrupt notifies the host, which suits time-critical acquisition tasks such as vibration analysis. Internal or external trigger start and post-trigger external trigger modes are supported.
