ACS-20B-MRTU CR is a wall-mounted, touch-free switch for door opening. The user triggers it with a palm held close to the sensor, so staff and visitors do not need to touch a handle or push plate when entering or leaving a room or building. The black-cover CR variant is the colour version of the ACS-20B-MRTU.
The switch can run in Sensing/Standby, Lock or Toggle Switch mode. In toggle mode, the first trigger switches the output ON and the next trigger switches it OFF, which makes it suitable for controlling other electrical equipment as well as door systems. Induction distance (1 ~ 12 cm) and relay hold time (0.5 ~ 20 sec) are adjustable, and eight lockup periods can be set per day.
An RS-485 port with Modbus RTU Slave protocol allows an access control system to enable or disable the switch remotely and read back its recorded switch events, each with a time stamp, up to 1,600 records. A red and blue status indicator shows standby and sensing states.
