RPS-100 CR is a 100W redundant power supply module for 24V DC systems. It reports output current, temperature, status and runtime to a communication module, so engineers can judge the health of the power module, log overall power consumption and receive real-time alarms when conditions go abnormal.
A runtime log supports maintenance and replacement decisions, and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) data helps plan replacement before a module reaches the end of its useful life. Together these functions aim to give early warning of faults in critical installations.
Load balancing is built in, so no separate load balancing module is needed. The slot design supports hot-swapping, so a module can be replaced without a power failure and with fewer wiring changes.
