The XP-8137-CE6 is a programmable automation controller that combines IEC 61131-3 control logic with a Windows CE 6.0 platform. Its 1.0 GHz dual-core x86 CPU, 2 GB DDR3 SDRAM and 32 GB Flash give engineers room for control, data handling and visualisation on one device.
Control programs are written in Embedded ISaGRAF Ver.3 using the standard IEC 61131-3 languages. The eLogger HMI runs alongside the control logic in the same unit, so operator screens do not need a separate panel PC. The single slot accepts I-8K or I-87K series I/O modules, and the controller supports Modbus RTU/TCP master and slave communication.
Connectivity includes VGA output, two 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports, four RS-232/RS-485 serial ports and four USB 2.0 ports. Redundant power inputs at +10 ~ 30 VDC and a dual watchdog timer support dependable installations, and the unit mounts on DIN-rail or wall.
