CA-LLD-DC100X-TR is a 2MΩ terminal resistor that fits the end of a liquid leakage detection cable run. The original CA-LLD-DC100-Lxxx detection cable on iSN-101/104 units cannot report a cable break and cannot be wired in series, so this resistor is used to add both capabilities.
With the terminal resistor fitted, a break in the signal leader cable or the detection cable is recognised immediately, and the iSN-101/104 raises the alarm buzzer at the same time. Detection cables use snap-in connectors at both ends, so several lines can be joined in series to extend coverage.
The signal leader cable and all connected detection cables can cover a maximum distance of 500 metres, which suits longer or more irregular layouts where a single fixed-length cable is impractical.
