Standalone Win-GRAF controller for logic-led automation. The XP-8038-CE6 is the 0-slot member of the Win-GRAF XPAC-8000-CE6 range. It combines a 1.0 GHz dual-core x86 CPU with Windows CE 6.0 and the embedded Win-GRAF SoftLogic environment, which is programmed to IEC 61131-3. Because it has no I/O expansion slots, it suits applications where control logic, communication and HMI functions are needed without local parallel or serial I/O modules.
The controller supports hard real-time operation and deterministic control, and it provides a VGA output for a local display. Communication options include Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP in both master and slave roles, OPC UA server functionality, and DCON and user-defined protocols over its serial ports. Redundant power inputs and support for a dual-PAC redundant system are available for higher-availability installations.
Four USB 2.0 ports, two 10/100/1000 Base-TX Ethernet ports and several RS-232 and RS-485 ports allow the unit to connect to peripherals and networks. It is rated for an operating temperature of -25 ~ +75°C and can be mounted on a DIN rail or on a wall.
