PISO-MN200T is a 32-bit/33 MHz PCI master card for PC-based machine automation. It drives two Motionnet serial lines, so one card can manage up to 128 slave modules (64 per line), combining distributed motion control with distributed I/O from a single host.
Each Motionnet line runs at 2.5, 5, 10 or 20 Mbps, selected in software. Cable length depends on speed and node count, with a maximum of 100 m at 20 Mbps with 32 slaves and 50 m at 20 Mbps with 64 slaves. On I/O-only duty, one line can exchange signals with 2048 points across 64 local devices within 0.97 msec. On motion duty, it can control up to 64 axes, supporting continuous positioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolation.
The card also provides 8 parallel digital inputs (12-24 V, NPN or PNP) and 4 parallel digital outputs (NPN or PNP) with 3000 Vrms isolation for direct local I/O. The CR ordering code denotes the variant supplied with a terminal block. Software support covers Windows 11 64-bit, Windows 7/10 32/64-bit and Windows XP/2000 32-bit, with VC, VB and BCB development options and the EzGo Utility for set-up and tuning.
