CL-220-E CR is a data logger module for monitoring particulate matter alongside temperature, humidity and dew point. Each reading is stored with date and time stamps in internal memory of up to 450,000 records, which can be downloaded for trend analysis, compliance records or fault investigation.
The module connects over RS-485 or Ethernet, with PoE available on the Ethernet port, so it can be added to existing HMI, SCADA or distributed control systems. DCON, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT are supported for polling and IoT-style publishing. A relay output allows it to drive an alarm or an indoor air quality (IAQ) device when set thresholds are reached.
Configuration is handled through a web-based interface, with a Windows software utility and iOS and Android apps included for setup, live monitoring and log downloads. Logs can be exported to CSV for use in standard spreadsheet or analysis software.
