The tET-P2R2 CR combines two wet-contact digital inputs with two Form A power relay outputs in a small DIN-rail housing. It is a practical choice where engineers need networked switching and status monitoring without a full PLC or larger I/O system.
Modules are configured through the built-in web server and communicate over a 10/100 Base-Tx Ethernet port using Modbus TCP, Modbus UDP or MQTT. The digital inputs support latched operation, 32-bit counters and frequency measurement, and the module can be set up for I/O pair connection, where local input states are polled and written to a remote device over the network.
For reliability, the module provides a CPU watchdog and a host watchdog. If the host controller fails, the outputs can move to a predefined Safe Value, and power-on values can be set for the digital outputs. Firmware can be updated over Ethernet.
