DB-12SSR is a daughter board that provides twelve AC solid-state relay outputs, each optically isolated from the control side. It plugs directly into an OPTO-22 compatible board, so engineers can add switched AC loads to an existing data acquisition setup without building a separate interface.
Each channel shows its relay status on an LED, which helps with commissioning and fault finding. Field wiring is made on screw terminals. The board is supplied with the CA-5015 flat cable (50-pin, 1.5 m) for the connection to the host board.
Relay operate time is specified at 1/2 cycle of the voltage sine wave, 1 ms maximum, and the solid-state design has no contact arcing or bounce. The board draws 400 mA at 5 V and is rated for an operating temperature of 0 ~ 60°C.
