The iKAN-124A-IP65 is a single-row LED message display for showing live process data and status text on the factory floor. It accepts messages from a PLC, PC or smartphone, so operators can read alarms, production figures or instructions without a dedicated HMI screen. The variant offers 24 ASCII or 12 Unicode characters per line and is configured through a built-in web interface.
Messages can be stored in a pool of 128 common messages, each with a user-defined priority, and text can be combined with up to 168 variables. The display connects directly to DL and CL series sensor modules to show real-time monitoring values. A built-in real-time clock supports time and date display, and the IP65 housing suits harsher industrial locations.
For networked systems, the unit supports Modbus TCP and Modbus TLS, EtherNet/IP, MQTT and Redfish, alongside Modbus RTU over two RS-485 ports. Choose this model when you need a wide single-line display that integrates with PLC, SCADA or IIoT platforms.
