The X109 adds seven PhotoMos relay outputs to supported I-7188 and uPAC-7186EX series controllers. Each channel is a Form A contact, so engineers can switch external circuits directly from the controller.
PhotoMos switching gives fast, low-leakage operation. The source specifies an operate time of 0.23 ms, a release time of 0.04 ms and leakage current of 1 uA, with 1500 VAC isolation. The board is rated for 350 V at 100 mA and operates from -25 to +75 °C.
Compatible hosts are the I-7188XB, I-7188XG, I-7188EX, I-7188EG and uPAC-7186EX series. Only one X-board can be fitted to each µPAC, so plan the slot allocation of the controller before specifying the X109.
