The MN-SERVO-DAA-EC CR is a distributed single-axis motion control module that connects directly to a Delta ASDA-A/A2 servo driver and extends a Motionnet network. Each module is chained to the next with a serial Cat.5 LAN cable, which reduces the wiring between drivers and the controller in integrated machine automation projects.
Motion features include trapezoidal and S-curve acceleration and deceleration, multi-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, and the ability to change speed and position on the fly. Each axis has slow-down, home, positive and negative limit sensor inputs, plus software limits and compare trigger output. Up to 64 axes can be controlled per line.
This CR variant uses an e-CON Mini-Clamp connector, which makes wire termination easier and leaves less debris than conventional wiring. Power, communication and I/O are three-way isolated for better noise immunity and device protection. The module is rated for 24 VDC ±5% input and an operating range of 0 ~ +60 °C.
