I-8052W-G CR is an 8-channel digital input module from the I-8K/I-87K Series (High Profile). Each of its eight differential inputs is photocoupler isolated, with 2 kV channel-to-channel isolation, so field signals are kept electrically separate from one another and from the logic side.
The inputs accept wet-contact signals with an ON level of +10 ~ +30 VDC and an OFF level of +4 VDC maximum. Sink- or source-type operation is chosen through the wiring, which lets one module suit either wiring convention in a control cabinet. A status LED for each channel, plus a power and communication LED, makes it straightforward to check input states during commissioning and fault finding.
The module is rated for operation from -25 ~ +75 °C and storage from -30 ~ +85 °C, with 5 ~ 95 % RH non-condensing humidity. Its 30 x 102 x 115 mm footprint and 0.3 W maximum consumption suit compact automation racks where space and power budget are tight.
