The DN-848VI-80V CR is an 8-channel voltage attenuator that lets standard low-voltage analogue input modules measure higher-voltage AC or DC signals. Each channel accepts up to ±80 Vpp and delivers a linearly attenuated output of ±10 Vpp, so the signal stays within the input range of the connected module.
Channel-to-channel isolation of 3000 VDC keeps noise from one input from interfering with the others and helps protect outputs from input-side disturbances. Input impedance above 1 MΩ limits loading on the measured source. The module suits DIN-rail installation in a plastic housing and runs from a +10 to +30 VDC supply.
It is designed to be used with analogue input modules such as the I-7017 and I-87017 to measure high voltage. The unit is rated for operation from -25 to +75 °C and carries CE, UKCA, RoHS and WEEE marks.
