PISO-MN200 CR is a 32-bit/33 MHz PCI master card that drives two Motionnet serial lines from a single host PC. It suits machine automation projects that need distributed motion control and remote I/O on one bus, with up to 128 slave modules across both lines.
Each Motionnet line can run distributed I/O or motion control. In I/O-only use, the card exchanges signals with up to 2048 points on 64 local devices within 0.97 msec. For motor control, it can manage up to 64 axes for continuous positioning, zero return and multi-axis interpolation. The card also provides 8 parallel digital inputs and 4 parallel digital outputs for fast, direct I/O alongside the serial network.
Setup is handled through the EzGO Utility, and the Windows drivers support VC, VB and BCB development. The CR ordering code is the RoHS-compliant version with RJ-45 Motionnet connectors. Check the Motionnet cable length limits against your chosen transfer speed and slave count before installation.
