M-7011D-G is a single-channel RS-485 I/O module that accepts thermocouple, voltage and current signals and converts them into digital readings for a host system. Its 16-bit resolution and open thermocouple detection make it suitable for temperature monitoring tasks where sensor fault identification matters.
Beyond the analogue input, the module provides one digital input configured as a 50 Hz event counter and two open-collector digital outputs that can be set up as high/low alarms. Power-on and safe values for the outputs are programmable. A built-in dual watchdog and 3000 VDC intra-module isolation help support reliable operation in automated installations.
The gray-cover variant with a 5-digit 7-segment LED display communicates over a single RS-485 port using Modbus RTU or DCON, selectable through software, at 1200 ~ 115200 bps. It mounts on a DIN rail and operates from +10 ~ +30 VDC across -25 ~ +75 °C.
