WISE-7115 CR is a standalone intelligent I/O module that takes seven RTD sensor inputs and makes them available over Ethernet. Control logic is built through the module's built-in web pages using IF-THEN-ELSE rules, so no programming environment or extra software tool is needed. This suits engineers who want local automation and monitoring without the overhead of writing code.
Each RTD channel can be set to its own sensor range. Pt100, Pt1000, Ni120, Cu100 and Cu1000 types are supported, with 3-wire lead resistance elimination and open wire detection for accurate measurement. Modbus TCP allows the module to feed data into SCADA systems.
The unit can be powered from a PoE network under IEEE 802.3af, Class 1, or from a 12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block when PoE is not present. It is rated for an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C and mounts on a DIN rail or wall.
