Monitor machine status without touching the control logic. The tSL-PA4R1 reads the indicator outputs of a machine's stack light and reports the state of each colour segment as ON, OFF or flashing. It is intended for MES-connected machines, where it helps teams track operating stages and machine utilisation through SCADA software without interfering with the equipment itself.
Beyond single-segment detection, the module can be configured to recognise user-defined combinations of several colour segments and reports how long the previous status lasted. Status data is available over Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP and MQTT, using either the RS-485 or Ethernet interface.
Power can come from PoE (IEEE 802.3af, Class 1) or a DC terminal block (+10 ~ +48 VDC), giving redundant supply options. Configuration is handled through a built-in web interface, which also supports firmware updates over Ethernet. A relay output allows an alarm device to be driven directly.
