WISE-5800-MTCP is a remote logic control and monitoring unit from the WISE series that is configured entirely through a web browser, so no extra software tool or programming is needed. Control logic is built as IF-THEN-ELSE rules, with up to 36 rules supported, which keeps commissioning quick for system integrators.
The module extends its I/O through the XW-Board expansion bus, covering digital and analogue input and output functions, and can also poll up to 7 Modbus TCP slave devices. It supports Modbus TCP and Modbus RTU for integration with SCADA software, alongside timers, schedules, recipes and internal registers.
An onboard data logger records I/O values to a microSD card on an event trigger or at regular intervals, and the data files can be sent by non-SSL email or FTP. The unit is powered from 12 ~ 48 VDC with reverse polarity protection and redundant power inputs, and mounts on a DIN rail.
