The SG-3784M converts four 4~20 mA DC current signals into four PWM outputs. Each duty cycle runs linearly from 1 to 100% across the 4~20 mA input range, which makes it a straightforward option where a current loop signal must drive a PWM-controlled load.
The PWM frequency is set between 600 and 800 Hz and is adjusted with the four front-panel buttons. A 2.7-inch monochrome graphic LCD shows the duty ratio and frequency of all four PWM channels at once, so commissioning and checking can be done on site without a PC. Input accuracy is ±0.1% of full range.
Electrical noise immunity is rated at ±4 kV for ESD (contact, each terminal) and ±4 kV for EFT on the power line. The module runs from a 10 ~ 30 VDC supply with reverse polarity protection and mounts on DIN-rail or wall, with an operating range of -25 ~ +75 °C.
