The PROFI-5017C is a PROFIBUS DP-V0 slave module that brings eight differential current inputs onto a PROFIBUS network. Each input accepts 0 ~ 20mA signals with an accuracy of +/- 0.2% of FSR, making it suited to连接 standard process transmitters in distributed control layouts.
Isolation is provided on several levels: 2500Vrms between the field and logic sides, 3000 VDC on the PROFIBUS side, and high speed iCoupler isolation on the network interface. Each terminal carries 4KV ESD protection, which helps the module tolerate harsh plant environments.
Node addressing is set by rotary switches or an SSA telegram, and the transmission rate is detected automatically across the listed baud rates up to 12 M. Integration is handled through the GSD file in any PROFIBUS configurator, and the module mounts on a DIN-rail for operation between -25 ~ +75℃.
