The PCI-2602U is a high-speed multifunction data acquisition board for Universal PCI slots. It suits engineers who need fast analogue capture alongside analogue output and programmable digital I/O on a single card, with the acquisition workload handled largely by the board rather than the host processor.
Acquisition and signal conditioning: The 16-bit ADC samples at up to 1 MS/s and buffers data in an 8192-sample hardware FIFO. MagicScan automates channel selection, gain, settling and conversion, and the programmable digital inputs include a filter to suppress noise, glitches and switch bounce in electrically harsh environments.
- Software, pacer and external analogue or digital triggering for synchronised capture
- Polling, interrupt and DMA data transfer options
- Software calibration with calibration data stored in EEPROM, so no jumpers or trim-pots are needed
- Onboard 4-bit Card ID switch to tell apart multiple boards in one system
The board is supported under DOS and Windows, with a DLL, ActiveX control and sample programs for several development environments including Visual C++, Visual Basic.NET, C#.NET and LabVIEW.
