MN-SERVO-MJ3 CR is a single-axis extension module for distributed motion control over Motionnet. It plugs directly into a Mitsubishi MELSERVO-J3/J4 servo driver and is chained to the controller with a standard Cat.5 LAN cable, which reduces driver-to-controller wiring. Up to 64 single-axis modules can share one serial line, making it a practical choice for highly integrated machine designs.
This ordering code is the version fitted with spring-type terminal blocks, so no additional terminal board is needed for field wiring. The module provides a 6.6 MHz maximum pulse output, 2-axis circular interpolation, multi-axis linear interpolation and T/S-curve acceleration and deceleration, with sensor inputs for slow-down, home and positive and negative limits on each axis.
Power, communication and I/O are three-way isolated, with 1000 V isolation on the 24VDC input. The operating range is 0 ~ +60 °C, and the module carries CE, UKCA, RoHS and WEEE marks.
