The I-9028U CR is an eight-channel, source-type analogue output module for the I-9K/I-97K series. Each channel is configured on its own, so one module can provide a mix of 0 ~ 5 V, ±5 V, 0 ~ 10 V, ±10 V, +4 ~ +20 mA and 0 ~ +20 mA signals, with the range chosen per channel rather than for the whole module.
It suits installations where outputs must start and stay in a known state. Power-on and safe values can be set for the channels, open wire detection is provided for the +4 ~ +20 mA range, and each output is protected against short circuits. The module offers 3000 VDC intramodule isolation and ±4 kV contact ESD protection on each terminal.
The module is powered from the terminal block at 15 ~ 30 VDC, draws 2 W maximum and is rated for operation from -25 ~ +75 °C. Its dimensions are 31 x 134 x 144 mm (W x L x H).
