DN-831I-100V-1000A conditions one high voltage input and one high current input so that standard analogue input modules can measure them. Inputs of ±100 V and ±1000 A are linearly attenuated to ±10 V outputs, letting engineers use common ±10 V channels for high-level measurements.
Isolation is a key consideration in this kind of front end. The module provides 3000 VDC isolation between modules and between channels, which helps to reduce noise coupling from the inputs to the outputs and between channels. The high input impedance and easy wiring make it straightforward to integrate into existing DIN-rail installations.
This ordering code includes the CA-040415-1 cable and the ASO-0024 current transformer. The clip-type current transformer has a Φ40.5 mm inside diameter and a 1.5 m leading cable. The module is powered from +10 VDC to +30 VDC, consumes 1.8 W and operates from -25 ~ +75 °C.
