The DNM-831I-600V-2000A lets engineers bring high DC and AC voltage and high current signals into standard analogue input hardware. One channel attenuates voltage up to ±600 V and another channel, using a clip-on current transformer, handles up to ±2000 A. Both paths deliver a ±10 V output that suits common analogue input modules.
Isolation is provided between the inputs and outputs and between channels, with 3000 VDC for both, which helps keep noise from the high-power side out of the measurement signal. The metal housing mounts on a DIN rail and is powered from +10 VDC to +30 VDC.
Typical use is in monitoring and measurement systems where the primary current or voltage is too high for direct connection to an analogue input. The current transformer is supplied with a 1.5 m leading cable and the CA-040415-1 cable is included in this ordering code.
