I-8037W-G is a 16-channel digital output module for PAC I/O systems. Each channel is photocoupler-isolated and works as a source-type (PNP) output, so it switches the positive side of the load. Each channel can drive up to 100 mA across a load voltage of +5 ~ +30 VDC.
Outputs are protected against short circuits, and power-on and safe digital output values can be configured, so the field side can be put into a defined state on start-up or during a fault. The module provides 3750 VDC intra-module isolation and ±4 kV ESD protection on each terminal, which suits electrically noisy industrial cabinets.
The G variant in this ordering code is supplied with RoHS compliance noted in the product data. Status LEDs show power and communication, plus one indicator for each of the 16 I/O channels.
