The I-7011P CR is a 1-channel thermocouple input module for the I-7000 remote I/O series, communicating over RS-485 with the DCON protocol. Its analog input accepts voltage, current and thermocouple signals, and this variant adds support for thermocouple types L and M alongside the standard range, which makes it suitable for sensor types the base I-7011 does not cover.
Beyond the analog input, the module provides a digital input that works as a 50 Hz event counter and two open-collector digital outputs that can be configured as a high/low alarm. Open thermocouple detection helps identify broken sensor wiring.
