VPD-143N-H CR is a 4.3-inch colour touch HMI from the VPD series, combining a 480 x 272 TFT display with two configurable serial ports and a 10/100 Base-TX Ethernet connection. Ethernet is powered over PoE (IEEE 802.3af), or the unit can be supplied from a +12 ~ 48 VDC terminal block.
The device suits operator interfaces where you need to monitor and control equipment at remote locations over serial or Ethernet links, and where firmware can be updated from a central computer through the USB client port. The built-in real-time clock and non-volatile storage support time-stamped operation and reliable use in harsh conditions.
Programming is handled with the free HMIWorks software, which offers graphical screen design, Ladder Designer for PLC-oriented users and a C language environment. The front panel is rated IP65, and the unit mounts on a DIN rail or a panel.
