MN-MP4U-DIN CR is a DIN-rail Motionnet slave module that adds four axes of pulse-output motion control to a distributed Motionnet network. Modules are daisy-chained from the controller over standard Cat.5 LAN cable, and a single serial line can host up to 16 four-axis modules, giving up to 64 axes per line.
Each axis provides pulse output of up to 6.6 MHz, encoder input, and dedicated inputs for home, slow-down, positive and negative limit sensors, with software limits and a compare trigger output. Trapezoidal and S-curve acceleration profiles, multi-axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, and on-the-fly speed and position changes are supported.
The 26-pin HD D-Sub connector accepts servo and stepper drivers directly. This order includes four CA-PC26M cables, which reduce drive wiring. Three-way isolation between power, communication and I/O improves noise immunity and protects the device.
