MN-3253T CR is a Motionnet expansion module that adds 32 isolated digital input channels to a distributed control network. Each Motionnet transfer line can carry up to 64 modules, so a single line can scale to 2048 input channels. With 64 modules connected, signals for all 2048 points can be exchanged within 0.97 ms.
Every input port can be configured as NPN or PNP for 12~24 V signals, which suits mixed sensor types on one module. Isolation is provided between power, communication and I/O, and an input-change interrupt can be set for chosen points so the host does not need to poll them continuously. Status LEDs show communication state and I/O activity to support commissioning and fault finding.
The module uses a plastic housing with pluggable 13-pin terminal blocks and mounts on a DIN rail. It is rated for 0 ~ +60 °C operation and is supplied as the RoHS-compliant terminal block version of the MN-3253 series.
