DN-8368UB CR is a 3-axis daughter board for stepper and servo motion control. It is designed for ICP DAS 6-axis motion controllers such as the PISO-PS600, PISO-VS600 and PMDK. Each DN-8368UB CR handles three axes, so two boards are required to support 6-axis control.
Each axis group provides the pulse output command lines, encoder feedback lines, mechanical switch inputs (home, near home and limit switches) and servo input/output signals such as Srv_On, ERC, ALM_RST, RDY, Alarm and INP. High speed photo-coupling isolation on board helps protect the controller. The board also includes an on-board power module that supplies the voltages needed by its circuitry.
The screw terminal wiring uses universal snap-on wiring. The terminal connectors can be swapped to change the axis assignment without rewiring. Power and status LEDs, including home and limit switch indicators, help with commissioning and fault checking.
